Questions, answered
without the jargon.
Everything parents and students ask most - about downloads, evaluations, plans and how we handle your data.
General
What exactly is TRUpreBoards?
TRUpreBoards turns a board paper into an examiner-grade diagnosis. Your child attempts a previous-year or pre-board paper, it is marked against the board's official scheme step by step, and you receive a mark-loss report with a clear action plan - the analysis a generic answer key can never give you.
Which boards and class do you cover?
We focus exclusively on CBSE and CISCE / ICSE Class 10. That focus is deliberate - it lets every paper, scheme alignment and report be tuned to exactly how these two boards mark.
Is this an app, a website, or both?
Both. The public site is where you read analysis and download papers. The student app is where uploads, evaluations, reports and payments live, behind a secure login.
Downloads & papers
Is downloading papers really free?
Yes. Reading the full analysis on any paper page is free and open. Downloading the PDF asks for a quick, parent-first verification - we gate the action, never the knowledge.
Why do you ask me to verify before downloading?
Verification keeps downloads safe and lets us send the secure link to a channel you own. Email is the default; mobile is optional. It also creates a lead record - not an app account - so your details stay separate from any future login.
My download link stopped working. What now?
Links are deliberately short-lived for security. Request the paper again and a fresh secure link is generated and emailed to you instantly.
Evaluation & reports
Who actually marks the paper?
The marks are computed from the board's official marking scheme - not assigned by a model. Our AI reads the script and reports what your child did at each step; the step marks follow from the scheme they were examined against. Where a question cannot be marked cleanly, it is held for a human evaluator rather than guessed.
How long does an evaluation take?
A standard evaluated report is delivered within 48 hours. The Ultimate Pack includes a priority turnaround for full pre-board cycles.
What is a board-readiness score?
It is a plain-language read on where your child stands against the board’s expectations - not just a number, but what that number means and what to do about it before the real exam.
Pricing & plans
How do the three plans differ?
Single Mock is one evaluated answer sheet. Subject Pass covers one subject in depth - five papers, as part tests and full-length tests. Ultimate Pack is the complete programme across subjects: ten papers for CBSE, twenty for ICSE, with priority turnaround.
Why are some plans "by invite only"?
The deeper programmes are capacity-limited so evaluators can give each student real attention. You start with a single Mock; an invite to the fuller tiers follows from there.
Do prices change by country?
Yes. Pricing shows in INR for India and in USD for other regions including the UAE, Qatar and Singapore. The country bar at the top lets you switch.
Privacy & data (DPDP)
How is my data handled?
Under India’s DPDP framework. We collect only what a download or evaluation needs, state the purpose clearly, take explicit consent, and never sell your information. Downloads pass through a controlled route, not raw public links.
My child is under 18 - is that handled differently?
Yes. Details are provided by a parent or guardian, consent is recorded against the parent, and report and child data are never made searchable or shared.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Absolutely. You can ask us to delete your lead or account data at any time, and we act on verified requests under the DPDP framework.
